We booked into Wright’s for a work ‘team night out’ as we had heard some great things about them - and their ‘Burger & Beer’ sounded really good. We were not disappointed! We were greeted as soon as we arrived by a smiley young lady (who we found out later was called Indie). We were seated and were asked for our drink order within 5-10 minutes. Indie gave us some great advice about the cocktails and I ordered a mocha martini... it was absolute divine. My colleagues also ordered cocktails - all of which were equally as good. We all had the burgers for our mains. They came with very lovely chips, onion rings which were to die for and perfectly made slaw. The burgers were clearly handmade with great quality ingredients as we all agreed that they were absolutely delicious! (Compliments to the chef!) We stayed for another drink and had a lovely talk with Indie and Abbie who were serving. Both were lovely and their passion for the products they serve up was clear to see. But a great big thank to Indie for being so happy and bubbly and really helping to make our evening even more fun. We will return and I can’t recommend Wright’s enough! Thank you all.

We visited on a busy Sunday morning for brunch. The restaurant feels laid back but still classy. We all had the wrights breakfast. Really excellent. Each element of the meal feels high quality, well cooked and full of flavour. Like they had made each element individually better than you’d expect and put it back together. Thoroughly recommended

Wow what a gem in Bury St Edmunds! We have wanted to try this place for a while and we are so glad we finally did. The coffee and food was absolutely amazing. We had a Mocha and espresso which were perfectly made. We also had the Banana Bread & Butter Pudding which was delicious, would definitely order this again even for breakfast. Thank you. We will be back! X

Stopped here for breakfast on a day trip to Bury. Small wait time but no more than 10 minutes so no problem. Good selection on the menu, i had the veggie breakfast and my other half had the normal brekky. Really nice home made veggie bacon and sweet potato cakes were really nice. We will 100% visit when we're back in Bury St Edmunds.

We stopped by just to have a little appetizer before supper, and almost fall for fully eating there as the two sandwiches we ordered were so delicious, simple but so much flavour on’em. We had the Reuben’s and the Bloody Mary, and truffle fries with Parmesan cheese, would love to come back soon. Coffee was also good and we brought home the orange brownie which was also rich and delicious.

Utterly delicious food, imaginative options but nothing outlandish just wonderful produce cooked extremely well. The toasties were excellent, as you'd expect, but the poached eggs with choice of two toppings were a stand out with perfectly cooked eggs and mushrooms with a generous portion of smoked salmon. The bloody Mary brisket was also noteworthy. Can't wait to return, excellent value too.

We came here for their Thanksgiving supper club and it was fantastic! The starters were divine (Pumpkin Ham soup); the sides were sumptuous and the whole feel ambience, off the school.
